Give5now.org is one of most simple, creative and effective online fundraising action that I found. This is a product of United Way for the United States.

This is an interesting example to inspire an online campaign with a strong message focused of what are you looking for. Give5now is more than a slogan in this campaign. We can to see it as the main strategy to communicate and incentive a viral marketing on the net. All the strategy is focused on the action from a video, interfaz, include the  naming give5 as an online domain.
